Alan was an excellent realtor! He went out of his way to coordinate issues that came up to assure the closing. This was a commercial real-estate deal which are more complex than an FHA or conventional loan, but he helped me navigate the process successfully.

Alan was great to work with. He was very patient with us as first-time home buyers. He explained the entire process to us so there were no surprises, and walked us through every step.
